Part-time Art, Design and Technology Technician
Job Description

We require a highly skilled part-time technician for our diverse and well equipped Art, Design and Technology Faculty for one day a week during term time. Applicants should have extensive experience in a workshop environment working with both hand tools and wood/metal working machinery.
Primary duties will include tool/machinery maintenance, stock level management and preparation of materials. An intermediate level of computer literacy is required though training will be provided for any specialist tasks or software. Experience in computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing would be beneficial but not compulsory.

1 day a week on a Friday (7.5 hours). SCP O (17-19) (£16,830 - £17,802 pa, pro-rata, term-time only).

Salary Grade N - £19,126 - £20,858 pro rata
