• Sixth Form Debate Club
  

  On November 3rd, the Sixth Form Debate Club were joined by the Reverend Chris North in preparation for the upcoming Humanities debate (24th November 3.30 to 4.30) on the role of God in relation to suffering in the world.
  We had a lively discussion and Chris presented a very balanced view of the topic as well as giving us lots of ideas for presenting both sides of the argument in the debate.  We discussed the views of Richard Dawking, Stephen Hawking, the Bible, ancient and modern philosophers, the Koran as well as considering our own views on this weighty topic.
